In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On applications of individuals and legal entities» for citizens applying for or applying to LLC «From DongYang Co», the following package of documents is required:
1. The application, which states:
— full postal address of actual residence, address on the applicant’s registration with the indication of the postal code;
— the full name, first name, patronymic and personal signature of the applicant;
— date.
2. A copy of the passport with a page about registration.
