The company management taking into account the need to improve the enterprise management system, the current requirements of consumers and stakeholders to ensure the sustainable operation of the enterprise, has decided to create an integrated management system in accordance with international standards ISO 9001: 2008, ISO / TS 16949: 2009, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007
The philosophy of the Integrated System of Management (ISM) is defined in the following areas of our company’s activities:
quality management – maintenance of high efficiency of production of interior trim parts and car seat covers for ZAO GMi Uz, the quality of which meets the requirements and expectations of consumers and regulatory requirements
environmental management – ensuring environmental balance in nature by preventing or reducing harmful environmental impacts caused by the production activities of the enterprise;
health management and safety at work – recognition of the priority of life and health of employees in relation to the results of production activities, ensuring measures to prevent injuries and worsen the health of workers.
THE MAIN OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT.
based on the quality management system in place since 2007, to establish, implement and maintain an integrated system of quality management, ecology, health and safety;
Ensure the compliance of the integrated management system with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001: 2008, ISO / TS 16949: 2009, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 and its continuous improvement;
to comply with applicable national legislation and international law in the field of quality, ecology, health and safety, as well as other requirements in the field of management system, with which the JV “Uz-Dong Young Ko” agrees;
monitor the regular analysis of process data and the enterprise as a whole, with a view to identifying opportunities for improvement;
set specific goals, allocate the necessary resources;
provide training and motivation of the personnel with a view to increasing their awareness, awareness and responsibility in matters relating to quality, environmental protection, health and safety, allowing each employee to make the maximum contribution to the prosperity of the enterprise;
conduct periodic analysis of the Policy for its compliance and acceptability for the enterprise, ensure the accessibility of the Policy for interested parties and familiarize with the Policy of all employees in the company
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY:
stable output of products that meet the requirements of the consumer and the existing world standards for products
improvement of methods of product control at all stages of production;
introduction of advanced technologies based on the study of the latest world standards for products;
decrease in the cost price of production by search of alternative suppliers, maintenance of mutually advantageous relations with suppliers;
expansion of the program for the localization of component parts;
expansion of the range of products;
increase in production capacity, increase in production volumes;
improvement of infrastructure, reconstruction and modernization of production;
automation of production processes;
expansion of the sales market, expansion of the export program;
reduction of production losses;
ensuring the high professional level of the personnel of the enterprise, through the organization of regular training and testing of knowledge.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES IN THE FIELD OF ECOLOGY, HEALTH AND SAFETY:
development, implementation and monitoring of the implementation of measures to reduce significant environmental impacts, to reduce to an acceptable level of risks and improve working conditions;
introduction of a system for monitoring compliance with applicable legislative and other requirements in the field of ecology, health and safety, and monitoring the performance of the indicators of the integrated management system;
reduction of the risks of emergencies and their negative impact on nature and man;
rational use of natural and raw materials, with a minimum technogenic impact on the environment, including man, the introduction of resource-saving technologies;
optimization of production processes, reduction of specific consumption of natural resources and energy per unit of output;
improving living standards, improving working conditions, recreation and health improvement of workers;
provision of workers with means of individual and collective protection, sanitary facilities and devices, medical and prophylactic means;
